"As for Second Chance, a band I had never heard before, what a thrill it was to see them.  I got a video of the event, I also called the President of Carolina Beach Music Award while standing in front of them on the beach.  This may be an old group but to me it is a new group.  They certainly need to come further North and West to the Carolina's.  I loved every song they sung.  Looks like a good chance for this band in becoming "New Group of the Year".
